The Northern Cape’s Police Department says it will from now onwards be conducting surprise visits to schools in the province after a surprise visit at one of the schools yielded shocking results. This is according to police spokesperson in the province, Tessa Jansen, who told OFM News that this decision comes after the police took to a local high school in Kimberly this morning at 09:00, where after they searched the learners at the school, found several prohibited items. OFM News’ Pulane Choane reports that among these items were a dagga smoking pipe as well as small packets of the drug.
