Public protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane, is paying visit to the Free State once again. She will be at the Dipelaneng hall in Hobhouse - a small farming community which falls under the embattled Mantsopa Local Municipality today. Mkhwebane will meet with residents of Dipelaneng to receive their complaints, to educate them about their rights, and extend access to her office. This is her second visit in the Free State following the first in March this year.
