Industry experts are predicting a drastic rise in evictions in the near future, as tenants struggle to continue to keep up with rent payments, moving to level 2 means that eviction orders can now be implemented. Megan Ladbrook, General Manager of Only Realty and EPIC, says that an arrangement could be made with the landlord or the relevant bodies within the property industry to help tenants.
