For men it might be different when they go on dates but we definately sure that there are some things that they dislike terribly also when it comes to certain qualities.

There's also that excitement for them of getting a new great outfit, wearing your favorite cologne but then you meet them and everything they do is just off-putting.

The qualities they show to you during a date are just unattractive. It's a whole mess.
