A young South African woman has taken to social media to thank complete strangers who have gifted her and her daughter the best gift this festive season…

Nonhle Shandu is the mom of a five-year-old daughter who has Leukemia. She started a crowdfunding account as soon as her daughter was diagnosed with Leukaemia.

After receiving so much support from strangers who have donated almost R25 000 towards her daughter's medical fees, she decided to show her face and reveal her identity to say thank you to everyone for the help and the donations.
