Dr André Hattingh, the founder of Paediatric Care Africa, is expected to reach Koster in the North West with his tractor on Wednesday 5 May. This follows after he departed from White River in Mpumalanga this past Sunday. Hattingh is driving 2 500 km on his tractor to raise awareness of children in need of medical surgeries, as well as farm murders in South Africa.
