“Ek sal te alle tye die Here loof. Sy lof sal altyd op my lippe wees.” Psalm 34:2 NLV
Hoe klink hierdie gesprek? Moedig jy jouself aan? Of veroordeel jy jouself? As jy positief is, dan versterk jy jou positiewe selfbeeld. As jy negatief is, verswak jy jou selfwaarde. Verander in jou eie rasieleier. ‘Ek sal vir die Here sê: ‘U is my toevlug en my vesting, my God op wie ek vertrou’ (Psalm 91:2 NLV).
