Mpumalanga DCSSL blames human error for road accidents - LMreports

The Department of Community Safety, Security, and Liaison (DCSSL) Mpumalanga Chief Transport Director, Sabandiso Nkuna, states that the primary cause of road accidents is human error.

Nkuna delivered closing remarks at the Participatory Education Technique (PET) competition held in the Dome at the Ridge, Highveld Mall, on Saturday morning, August 22, 2025.

Nkuna says it is important to teach people about the importance of road safety to prevent accidents.

He says the accident that recently claimed 8 lives on the N12 was caused by human error.
