AFASA assists members with applications for R1,2 billion Covid-19 disaster fund

The African Farmers Association of South Africa, AFAS, welcomes the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development's intervention of R1.2 billion to assist mostly small scale farmers during the Covid-19-pandemic. The association's secretary general, Nakana Masoka, says the process is now going well and AFASA is assisting its members who qualify for assistance from the disaster fund.
