TJR - Mental Health with Dr Rozanne Botha

During our national lockdown, a lot of us have been paying more attention to our children and young people, sometimes forgetting our elders. Because they are a bit more in danger of Covid-19, we have decided to have less contact with our grandmothers & grandfathers, visiting them less all in efforts to keep them safe. What we don't realise is that they end up feeling left out and they too start worrying about their children adn grandchildren. Today, Dr Rozaane looks at some things we could do to keep in touch with our elders, making sure they know that even though we can't visit and see them as much as we want to, we still care for and love them.
